The Strip team

When you arrive

Please arrive at your appointment on-time and alone (you cannot bring anyone with you into the salon)
Please bring & wear your mask at all times in the salon – We can provide one for you if you don’t have one
Our front doors will be open – please walk straight in
Use the hand sanitiser provided at reception
Our waiting areas will be limited, you may be asked to wait outside if you are early
Our cloakroom will be closed – please travel light, you will be asked to keep you belongings with you during your appointment
We will have bottled water available for you
If you are a new client you will be asked to fill out a consultation card

During Your Appointment

Every therapist and practitioner will be wearing a mask/ visor and gloves
You will be asked to use an intimate wipe before your treatment
All equipment will be sterilised between every client
Single use paper sheets will be replaced between every appointment
Wax is never, ever double dipped

Payment

We will now accept card or contactless payments only
Retail items will be available for sale, but lingerie & swimwear cannot be tried one. Please ask a member of the team for any questions
If you would like to reward your therapist or practitioner with a gratuity, please ensure to secure the correct denomination in a sealed envelope, or alternatively, we are now accepting tips via card payment

Hygiene

Additional cleaning throughout the day using DisCide spray – a hospital grade disinfectant
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the salon
Bathrooms will be cleared of all accessories & cleaned regularly
All team equipment will be disinfected between every appointment

I could pay less than half the price at a local salon but always have my treatments done with you because you’re the best I’ve found. You always make it as comfortable as possible and I really, really appreciate your hygiene standards. The things I’ve seen at other salons make me cringe, but your therapists are meticulously clean. I have been looking for a hair removal salon since leaving NYC. A lot of beauty salons use mediocre wax, however at Strip they use the proper black wax which is the best and most comfortable way to remove hair it is also super quick. Staff could not have been more friendly helpful and professional. I will definitely be returning to Strip!

Absolutely amazing wax with Martina today. The whole experience from Terri on reception to the treatment was fantastic and I cannot recommend this salon enough. Having recently undergone extensive surgery for Crohn’s disease, I was nervous for my first wax in a few years and Martina was just amazing she listened to me and made me feel totally relaxed and in safe hands. This was my first Hollywood Wax and I was nervous. The reception staff were extremely helpful with my questions beforehand. Holly my waxing technician, was extremely friendly, helpful and really put me at ease. It hurt a little, but nothing to how I thought it was going to and it was over very quickly.
