Marketing Executive
Strip is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive who will play an essential part in leading the marketing strategy of the brand. Reporting directly into the General Manager, they will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, overseeing social & digital channels, creating assets, plus identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
A highly creative role, the ideal candidate would be artistic, approachable and hard-working with a skill for multi-tasking and must have at least 3 years’ experience with brand side marketing in a similar role.
Reporting to: General Manager
• Management of Marketing Calendar & Strategy
• Creation & Delivery of Seasonal Marketing Campaigns
• Management of Marketing & Comms Budget
• Creating and developing marketing collateral for print & digital
• Content management of social media platforms and company websites
• Creative copywriting for marketing channels, press releases, blog posts & more
• PR Management – Appointments, Press Releases, quotes
• Email building and scheduling
• Digital marketing/SEO/SEM optimisation
• Liaising with suppliers & partners – printers, web developers, designers
• Local marketing support for individual salon locations
• Organising market research / customer surveys
• Industry research and competitor analysis
• Running reports and building presentations for board meetings
Marketing Executive qualifications and skills requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience working in marketing or related field for a consumer brand
• Experience managing a marketing calendar and strategy
• Social media management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a team but also work autonomously
• Pro-active, highly motivated and detail oriented with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Creative experience desirable – Adobe software, photography, design, creative writing
