Items Out of Stock

Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and we will contact you to advise if anything is not in stock with an expected delivery date.

Web Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with an item, just return it to us in the same condition you received with all tags attached to it for an exchange or refund*, within 14 days of purchase.

When trying on items please ensure you avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them, we will refuse items that do not look new and fresh.

*Items that can’t be returned

Most items can be returned, with the following exceptions:

  • SALE items
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and can’t be exchanged for cash
  • Any type of Ladies Brief or Thong or bikini bottom
  • Any type of Men’s boxer, pants or Trunk
  • Hosiery can’t be returned once it’s been opened (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then returns are fine)
  • Body care/beauty products can’t be returned
  • Certain products are excluded from our returns policy. If this applies it’ll be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase

Please note if goods are returned, shipping charges won’t be refunded. However, if you’ve asked for replacement items you won’t be charged again for shipping.


How to return items/ Returns addresses

Please check that any items you’re returning meet our returns policy shown above. Where possible please re-use the packaging we shipped the goods in, but if that’s not possible then please use any suitable packaging that will sufficiently protect the items in transit. Please make sure you cover up the original delivery address, so that the parcel doesn’t mistakenly get delivered back to you.

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. All we ask is that you return them to us unworn, with all the original labels, within 14 days please.

Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased online or in store as gifts from Monday 12th December 2016 can be returned up until Saturday 14th January 2017.

Our standard returns and refund terms & conditions also apply.

 

 

There’s no need to let us know in advance that you’re returning something. Please complete the STRIP ONLINE RETURNS FORM that came with your order and enclose it with your returned item(s). Please remember to clearly indicate in the correct column if you would like a refund or an exchange. By indicating that you would like an exchange the Strip On-Line retail team will contact you to organise this. Section 2 of this form has the return address please cut this section off and stick it to the outside of your package to ensure the goods come to the correct address.

Please send your parcel via recorded delivery as Strip will not liable for any lost or stolen goods.

I no longer have the despatch paperwork / On-line returns form – what do I do?

If you no longer have the on-line returns form that was supplied with your order, you can download one here, alternatively please address the package to the a below returns address:-

Enclose a note with the return showing the following information:

  • Order number/invoice number (if known)
  • Your name & address (or the person that ordered the goods, if not you)
  • Contact phone number and email address
  • Return reason for each item – clearly specify if it is a refund or exchange that is required

If you’re reusing the original packaging, please make sure your own delivery address is covered up. Write your shipment number on the top left of the package, so that we can identify the return as yours when it reaches us.

IMPORTANT: Please note we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges for goods purchased online in any of our Strip salons.


 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.


 

Payment

We accept the following credit and debit cards:

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item has been dispatched.

The total cost of your order includes the price of the item(s) selected, delivery and tax. If the price of any good increases after you have placed your order, but before dispatch and debiting your credit or debit card, the original price as seen at the time of ordering will be honoured.


 

Taxes

All prices quoted on the Strip website are quoted in UK sterling and are inclusive of UK tax (VAT).

Disclaimer of Liability

We have taken great care to ensure that the items on this website are presented as accurately as possible.  However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual item is absolutely accurate.  Before placing an order please read through these Terms.
